"Support actually got back to me fast"
I’ve got to give them credit, their support replied way quicker than I expected. You know how sometimes you message support and it feels like your question disappears into a black hole? Yeah, not this time. They got back to me fast, understood the issue, and actually fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of pointless hoops. that alone is refreshing.

"Didn’t fit my bed and no one followed up"
I was disappointed with this. It ended up being too small for my bed and just didn’t fit the way I expected. I reached out hoping someone would follow up or at least offer some help, but I never heard anything back, which made the whole experience more frustrating

"Sleeping better now, I think?"
I’m not totally sure what changed, but I’ve been sleeping a lot deeper lately and waking up way less during the night. Kind of surprising, but I’ll take it.

"Comfortable, even though I almost stayed loyal to my usual brand"
I’ve always been loyal to my go-to mattress brand, so I wasn’t sure about trying this one. But it’s really comfortable and gives great support. My back has been feeling so much better since I started sleeping on it, which makes it hard to argue with the results

"Started Sagging After a Few Months"
The mattress was comfortable at first, so I thought it was going to be a good buy. But after a few months, one side started to sag, which made it less comfortable to sleep on. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I expected it to hold up better.

"Return dragged on and messed up my plans"
The mattress itself was fine, but the return process was way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to send multiple emails, and the refund took longer than I was expecting, which threw off some plans I had for replacing it. Customer service did get back to me, but the replies felt slow and not super clear. It wasn’t a total disaster, just frustrating and inconvenient.

"Delivery took a little longer than expected"
The shipping was a bit late, so I was starting to get a little worried. Thankfully, the box arrived in good condition and everything was fine inside. It wasn’t perfect, but I was just relieved when it finally showed up safely.

"Felt misled and disappointed"
I thought Better Sleep Company was going to be much better than it was. The way it was presented made it seem like I’d get proper support and a smoother experience, but once I actually signed up, it felt messy and not worth the money.

I didn’t feel like I got much real help, and even basic things took way longer than they should have. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I came away feeling misled and disappointed. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Good Value for the Price"
Overall, I’m happy with it. It’s comfortable enough for regular use, and for the amount I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it. Nothing overly fancy, but it does the job well.

"Still Woke Up Sore"
I really wanted this to help, but it didn’t do anything for my back pain. I woke up every morning with my hips feeling crushed, and my sleep actually felt worse instead of better. For something that’s supposed to provide comfort and support, the company really needs to stand behind what they’re selling and be more accountable when it doesn’t deliver
